Telephony

While Bytel's primary services are broadband and network based, through our relationship with sister company Atlas, we also provide a wide range of telephony solutions for our clients voice communication needs.

In April 2006, Atlas became part of the Bytel group of companies allowing us to offer customers the complete Voice and Data solution, encompassing Internet services with Tier 1connectivity, VoIP, local data hosting solutions and high capacity fibre network throughout Northern Ireland, extending into Ireland to terminate in Dublin.

As a main dealer for brands such as Mitel, Siemens, Samsung, Nortel, Apollo and Tynetec, Atlas brings with it the quality and credibility of the leading communications providers on a global scale, earned throughout its 25 year history. Customers can rely on a large network of locally based engineers, backed up by a customer care team and in-house trainers with extensive experience who can deliver the necessary high level of 24/7 after-sales support.

All of the company's engineering and sales staff have been manufacturer trained, ensuring product and application knowledge is state-of-the art and the Atlas product portfolio allows the provision of a wide range of solutions to customers.
